Terms & Conditions

• Chauffeur MUST send a TEXT message (or WHATSAPP message must stated as delivered)  to the passenger on approach. The text message will confirm the driver’s name, plate number and that the driver is waiting at the designated pickup point.
• You are representing VIP LINKS on all our jobs that we use your service / cars.
• Chauffeurs must be neat and clean, well groomed, and in proper business attire (i.e. black suit, tie, and white shirt).
• Please notify VIP LINKS of any changes, no shows, authorisation for overtime, etc. at the time of the ride.
• All Chauffeurs are required to assist with passengers’ luggage, open doors and have a courteous attitude at all times.
• The basic transfer rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding (15) minutes for ground transfers, (30) minutes for domestic airport arrival or (60) minutes for international airport arrival. in the event the Client is delayed, or the waiting time is exceeded please notify us immediately.
• Airport Pick-up Points:
  SYDNEY
  • Domestic: Our chauffeur will be waiting for you at the designated limousine pick-up zone just outside the baggage claim area.
  • International: Our chauffeur will be waiting for you at the arrival hall, holding a pick-up sign.

MELBOURNE

• Domestic: When you exit the security doors, our chauffeur will be waiting for you at the bottom of the escalators. Alternatively, they will be at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name for easy pickup.
• International: Our chauffeur will be waiting for you at the arrival hall, holding a pick-up sign.
• Minibus: In compliance with Melbourne Airport regulations, vehicles with 10 seats or more must use the designated “Group & Charters” zones on the ground levels for drop-offs and pick-ups. For T1, T2, and T3, the zone is conveniently situated in front of T2. As for T4, the zone can be found on the ground level of the transport hub. Rest assured, our experienced chauffeurs will drop you off at and meet you at these locations, ensuring a seamless experience for your departure or arrival.
