1. Distance Coverage:
Each hourly hire includes 15 kilometres of distance per hour as part of the service. If you have a full itinerary planned that may exceed this distance, we kindly ask you to request a personalised quote from us. This ensures that your tailored experience is seamlessly integrated into your personalised tour.
2. Non-Refundable Payment:
To secure the exclusivity of our services, full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable. This policy guarantees that your preferred vehicle and chauffeur are reserved specifically for your schedule.
3. Extension Rates:
We understand that plans may extend beyond the initially scheduled time. As such, any extension of service will be charged at a rate that is 5% off our standard hourly rate. This discounted rate is our way of offering continued service with added value.
4. Overtime Commencement:
Overtime rates apply when the duration of service exceeds the booked time by 10 minutes or more. This 10-minute grace period is provided to allow for minor delays or changes in plans.
5. Booking Confirmation:
Upon agreeing to these terms and completing the payment, your booking will be confirmed. An official confirmation will be sent to you, detailing your reservation and the services you can expect.
6. Customisation:
We pride ourselves on providing a tailored experience. Should your travel needs require a bespoke approach, please do not hesitate to discuss them with us, and we will accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.
Disclaimer: Any reasons due to the starting time been delayed or cancelled, it’s not VIP LINKS responsibility to adjust the booking time nor provide additional service without paying further payment. Cancellation fee is 100% at all time for any services provided by VIP LINKS.
