This policy outlines the expectations and guidelines for professional conduct, ensuring that our team consistently delivers top-notch service across all our service offerings.


  1. Professional Appearance:

2.1 Service providers are expected to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while on duty.

2.2 This includes wearing the designated dress code, maintaining personal hygiene, and presenting a well-groomed appearance.

2.3 For 2.2, the designated dress code means black tie, black suit, black leather shoes. 

2.4 Service providers are representing VIP LINKS at all times while working under VIP LINKS. Service providers are required to produce the highest quality for professional appearance at all times.


  1. Respectful and Courteous Conduct:

3.1 Service providers must treat all clients, colleagues, and members of the public with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

3.2 This includes using appropriate language, maintaining a friendly demeanour, and addressing clients by their preferred titles or names.

3.3 Service providers must not engage in any sort of conversation with clients, colleagues, and members of the public if they feel uncomfortable. 


  1. Punctuality and Reliability:

4.1 Service providers are required to arrive 15 minutes before for their assigned shifts and appointments, ensuring punctuality is a priority.

4.2 Should unforeseen circumstances arise that may cause delays, service providers must communicate promptly and efficiently to minimise any inconvenience caused.

4.3 Any unforeseen circumstances that arise must report as soon as safety is maintained to VIP LINKS.


  1. Confidentiality and Privacy:

5.1 Service providers must respect the confidentiality and privacy of clients and any sensitive information obtained during the course of their duties.

5.2 Personal and confidential information must not be shared, discussed, or accessed without proper authorisation.

5.3 Service providers must not advertise any other information without VIP LINKS written or email consent.


  1. Professional Communication:

6.1 All communication, whether verbal or written, must be conducted in a professional and respectful manner.

6.2 Service providers must communicate clearly, listen actively, and respond promptly to client inquiries or requests.

6.3 Service providers must not ignore clients, colleagues, and members of the public for any requests. 


  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

7.1 Service providers are expected to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to their role and responsibilities.

7.2 This includes but is not limited to traffic laws, vehicle safety regulations, and any licensing requirements.

7.3 Service providers must follow their maintenance schedule for their vehicles and any incidents caused by mechanic problems will be treated as not complying with VIP LINKS. This will have an immediate effect of termination of service and VIP LINKS reserves the right to take any necessary action for covering the costs and loss of reputation.


  1. Responsible Driving:

8.1 Service providers must operate vehicles safely and responsibly, obeying all traffic laws and regulations.

8.2 Service providers must maintain a calm and composed driving style, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.

8.3 Service providers must take the most efficient routes when they are working under VIP LINKS. 

8.4 Most efficient routes defined as any routes have the least time on road. 

8.5 Service providers must take serious and caution actions when manoeuvring near schools, hospitals, events venues, work sites, or any other abnormal road conditions to ensure safety and comfort are maintained at all times.

8.6 Service providers must comply with any law enforcement on road to compromise minimal risks of involvement in an incident.


  1. Alcohol and Substance Use:

9.1 Service providers must never operate a vehicle or provide services while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescription medications that impair their ability to perform their duties safely and effectively.

9.2 The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

9.3 Service providers must hold 0.00 blood alcohol concentration at all times while working at VIP LINKS.

9.4 Service providers must take a random drug and alcohol test by any management of VIP LINKS at any time.

9.5 If any of the tests results from legal authorities or VIP LINKS are indicating service providers do not obey above policy, VIP LINKS must terminate any contracts or services of that particular service provider or company. 


  1. Conflict Resolution:

10.1 In situations where conflicts or disagreements arise, service providers should approach such situations calmly and professionally.

10.2 They should seek resolution through respectful communication and, if necessary, involve appropriate management or designated personnel.


  1. Continuous Improvement and Training:

11.1 VIP LINKS is committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to service providers.

11.2 Service providers are encouraged to actively participate in training programs and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.


  1. Compliance and Consequences:

12.1 Non-compliance with these personal behaviour standards will result in disciplinary action, ranging from counselling and additional training to written warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

12.2 Any breaches of applicable laws, regulations, or licensing requirements will lead to immediate termination and potential legal consequences.

12.3VIP LINKS management reserves the right to decide any actions suitable for any conflicts or disagreements.

  2. Smoking is also prohibited in all areas immediately adjacent to the limousine, such as doorways, windows, and any open areas where smoke may enter the vehicle.

  1. Prominent “No Smoking” signs will be visibly displayed within all VIP Links limousines, serving as a reminder and reinforcement of our policy.
  2. It is essential for all clients and passengers to respect and adhere to these signs.


  1. Driver Responsibility:


  1. Our professional chauffeurs are responsible for enforcing the No Smoking Policy throughout the duration of the journey.
  2. Chauffeurs will politely inform clients and passengers about the policy and kindly request their compliance.
  3. In the event of non-compliance, the chauffeur may refuse service or terminate the journey if the smoking persists.

  1. Clients booking a VIP Links limousine are responsible for informing all passengers of the No Smoking Policy.
